Helping You and Others

London Borough of Sutton Sutton Council HUB

London Borough of Sutton Sutton Council has launched a Hub to coordinate delivery of food and essential items and to provide support for Sutton’s most vulnerable people during the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak.

It is staffed by council and voluntary sector employees and local volunteers. On Sunday 29 March the team started delivering food and essential item packages to those who need them and signpost those who need emotional support to local charities who can offer further help.

Registration: Sutton Hub has contacted people identified as being highly vulnerable or who have completed a Government’s online form to request help or contacted Sutton Council directly.

You can still complete the Government’s form via https://www.gov.uk/coronavirus-extremely-vulnerable.

If you or someone you know needs support, please fill in the Council’s request support form via HERE and a member of the team will contact you.

School catering teams across Sutton have offered to provide hampers/packed lunches for any child that would usually receive free school meals.

Limes College is remaining open and providing daily welfare calls to their students and a daily drop in with cooked lunches.
