APCM

Welcome to The Annual Parochial Church Meeting (APCM) Information Page

The PCC (Parochial Church Council) is required to hold an APCM (Annual Parochial Church Meeting) at which reports are shared, accounts approved, new members and officers are elected, and questions may be asked about any area of the church’s ministry. Anyone may attend the annual meeting and raise questions; only those on the electoral roll may vote on any formal resolutions that might be made.

The 2022 APCM will take place on Sunday 1st May 2022, after the 10:30 Parish Mass.

Below you will find links to the various documents you might need for the meeting, including a nomination form for potential PCC members and our annual report & accounts.

You will find an application form to join the electoral roll if you so wish; please do so no later than 16th April 2022. This will need to be completed and returned to Alison Huneke (for St Michael and All Angels Church) or Madelaine Reid (for St Paul’s Church).

The PCC is the governing body of the Parish of South Beddington with Roundshaw, overseeing our resources, assets, buildings and ministry and volunteer teams. It is responsible for ensuring compliance with policies such as health and safety, safeguarding, safer recruitment and staff management etc. The PCC collaborates with the Vicar in discerning and promoting the mission and ministry of the church.

You can attend in person or view it on youtube.  There will be no online voting this year.  Please note you need to be on the Electoral Roll to be eligible to vote.
